We are closing down our online store for good on Monday 30th January 2023.

Returns:

We are closing down our online store and will cease all online trading as of Monday 30th January 2023. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase made before this date, or your goods are faulty or damaged, you can return them to us in a new and unused condition within 28 days from the purchase date and we will issue a refund*. 

By ‘new and unused’ we expect this to mean that you've kept all original packaging and labels, and that it is in an undamaged and unused condition.

No exchange, store credit, online gift cards or loyalty points will be available or redeemable after the 30th January 2023.

*For hygiene reasons, we regret that jewellery, hats, toiletries, beauty, duvets, pillows, swimwear, hosiery and briefs cannot be exchanged or refunded. All returns are at the customers' expense. This does not affect your statutory rights.

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. We recommend that a verifiable method of return delivery is used as we cannot accept liability for any goods posted by customers and proof of posting cannot be taken as proof of receipt.

Refunds will be against the card used to make the original payment following inspection of the returned goods, normally within 7 working days. Return documentation is included with the goods when dispatched to you.

Shortages, Breakages or Delivery Errors*
If you find your order is missing an item, or there are other delivery errors (including incorrect items or damaged stock) please let us know within 7 days of receiving it so that we can attempt to rectify the issue immediately.

Please email us (referencing your order number) with a photo of the following (depending on which is applicable):

  • The condition of the external/internal packaging (including delivery label)
  • The damaged item and/or damage to the item

*None of the above conditions affect your statutory rights when goods are faulty, or not as described. 

For all missing or delivery errors, we will complete an internal investigation and if required, we will request that Royal Mail/Parcel Force complete an investigation. This can take up to 30 days.  We will inform you once we have received the outcome of the investigations.

 

In store Returns:

We are happy to give a full refund* if goods are returned within 15 days of purchase with a receipt and in their original condition. By ‘original condition’ we expect this to mean that you've kept all original packaging and labels, and that it is in an undamaged and unused condition.

For hygiene reasons, we regret that jewellery, hats, toiletries, beauty, duvets, pillows, hosiery and briefs cannot be exchanged or refunded. All returns are at the customers' expense. This does not affect your statutory rights.

*Any items that are reduced by 30% or more are subject to exchange or store credit only and are non-refundable.

Refunds will be issued according to the original payment method used when purchasing the goods, either in cash or against the card used to make the original payment following inspection of the returned goods in store by a member of our staff.
